yes, it is better. you exaust your muscles at first and then sweat more.
if you do cardio first body doesnt have enough strenght left to do weights.

Well, this statement is partly true, if you train with weights before your cardio, then the energy in your muscles (called glycogen) is used whilst weight training, this enables better performance. However, following up a weights session with cardio, can lead to no gains being made, this is becase the muscles energy has run out, and therefore has no means (other than to eat itself, and some fat too) of energy for the cardio. This is why it is recommended to do cardio and weights on separate days, to allow for the energy to be restored. However, if you must do cardio (maybe lack of time?) then make sure that it is low intensity because this limits the amount of catabolic hormones being produced by your body (ones which break it down).

yes weight training before cardio is optimum. keep your total training time to less then 80-90 minutes between the 2 of them combined and you will be fine. just make sure to follow up each training session with some protein and carbs to help start the recovery process
