ok my daughtor is 3 and she is almost fully potty trained, she poops and pees in the toilet, but she sometimes has accidents. now my question is how do i get her to keep her clothes on. I will dress her in shorts and a shirt, and a minute later she comes out butt naked. We go through this all day long. I tell her big girls keep their clothes on, and after a while if she doesnt listen she goes to time out. But she still takes all her clothes off. Any tips on how to get her to keep her clothes on at all times. I ask only people with kids answer this question. thanks.

just a phase, my 3 year old does the same thing, give it about 3 months and she'll be fine. Just thank god she will not have this issue when she is 19.

I had this same problem with my boys. Does she keep her clothes on when outside playing or running errands (grocery shopping, etc.)? If so try to keep her really busy for a week and during that time tell her how good she looks in her clothes, point-out how everybody else is wearing clothes, and discuss modesty. The modesty one is difficult when they are little like this but explain to her how there are only a few people who are allowed to see what is under her clothes (parent, doctor, herself). Special clothing pieces helped us too because they were proud of them and wanted to show them off. UndeRoos (matching panty and undershirt sets printed with characters) did the trick for us because it was like wearing a costume or playing dress-up so they were fun to wear. Good luck.

Both my kids love to run around in the buff! I think all kids love the feeling.

First, when we put clothes on or off I let them run around the house to the count of ten buck-naked to get it out of their system. We make a silly game out of it - but one that has a definite ending.

You can also buy her pretty little leotards - let her pick them out. It's not too far off from the free feeling of no clothes and...

she can't get them off on their own! (or at least mine can't).

She can then wear them around and you can put shorts and skirts on overtop. Hopefully it will break the cycle of behavior within a couple of weeks. She'll forget about getting "nikid"

good luck

Don't worry about it, she'll grow out of it. If you keep telling her to put her clothes on, you might make her feel like her naked body is something to be ashamed of. My three year old is always getting naked, changing clothes, etc. It's a kid thing!
