I'm doing spanish chicken, new pototoes and roasted veg

We're having leftover macaroni and cheese and some type of vegetable (haven't figured out what yet). (sigh) Can I come to your house for dinner??

Had a big lunch:
Sauted chopped onion and green pepper till almost tender.
Microwaved 2 cut up white potatoes till almost done. Put them in the pan with other veg.
Leftover roast beef cut into bite size pieces, put that in the pan.
Simmered it for about 20 minutes till tender.
Sprinked on some sea salt and garlic powder.
Also had a glass of milk with Ovaltene and a piece of bread with strawberry jam on it.

Tonight I had a home made Chicken Tikka and Rice.

hmmm, probably cereal. Husband is working this evening and it's the easiest thing to make with a 5 month old wanting all my attention!

Sounds nice. I had spicy brown rice (with vegetables finely chopped in it) with scampi, and salad.
