I lost 2kg in three days since monday by eating about 500 calories a day. Today I have eaten 200 and have not lost anything yet. What is happening? Am I in starvation mode? I am scared that if I eat again I will put everything back on.

thats because you lost water weight and some muscle NOT fat, slowed down metabolism and your body probably doesnt have more water weight to lose.
this is what typically happens to people who think they can lose weight by crash dieting.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

That's exactly what is going to happen, because 500 calories is a ridiculously low amount of calories to eat, not to mnion 200. Your body thinks it's starving itself and is storing everything you are eating. Once you eat normally again, it will all come back.

If you want to lose weight, you need to do it properly. Eat around 1200 a day (depending on your weight, age and height) and exercise 4-5 times a week. Also, our weight fluctuates within a week, so don't weight yourself every day. Once a week is more accurate and ecouraging. Quick fix diets like yours don't work. You need to make lifestyle change.

Your first couple days of dieting you will lose weight rapidly because it is mostly water weight. You can and will lose weight on a 500 calorie per day diet but it will most likely come back as soon as you are off the diet. I lost 30 pounds in 30 days on a 300 calorie per day diet. The first 10 pounds came off in the first 5 days, then the remainder of the weight came off more slowly, but still 30 pounds in 30 days is fairly quick. However the weight did come back as soon as I stopped dieting.

yes you are in starvation mode. if you consume less calories than the BMR requires it's a given. and yes you are going to put all of the "weight" back on when you start eating again. you have only lost water weight as the result of a severely decreased caloric intake and from carbohydrate restriction. starving the body has never worked for fat loss and it never will.

consume properly for something of your life. not something you do in 3 days will certainly make a contribution on your wellbeing, yet could, in fact, make a contribution negatively on your wellbeing. there's no such difficulty as a speedy answer to an entire life issue.
