i broke up with my bofriend and he will not leave me alone and he is trying to take over my mom. what do i do?

What do you mean take over your Mom?
Does your Mom know you broke up with this guy? Does your Mom know that he's bothering you by not leaving you alone? Does she know this and then some about the way you feel towards him.
Then you need to tell your Mom that you think he's trying to get to her to possibly get to you (if that's what you meant). And that this is really stressing you out and would like it if she would help you get rid of this guy.........because. MLJ

Try a different category, for one. This is Religion, not Dating or Legal.
If he's stalking you, or being menacing (making threats, etc) go to the cops and get a restraining order. Simple as that. With some people, that's the only way they get it through their heads that it's over.
And, what exactly do you mean by "taking over your mom"? Is he a former dictator or something?

talk to the police. That is sexual harassment and stalking. If he touches you even slightly he can get arrested for assault. If he does it in anger they will add aggravated battery to the assault charges.
He could also force you to go with him somewhere which is kidnapping and he could harm you which is attempted murder.
The laws are there for your protection against unreasonable people. Please contact the authorities asap
If he is trying to win over your mom to his way of thinking so that you have them both trying to talk you into giving him another chance...tell your mom to please side with you and get rid of this flake.
If your mom won't listen..you may have to get out.....or get a restraining order on both of them..then your mom would be forced to leave also.
You have a right to happiness in this country.

well any way ask him to leave you alone and if that does not work tell the cops that your bf is stalking you and will not leave you alone. Tell them that you tried talking to him about him leaving you alone and he will not comply and you do not know what else to do.

he's loopy. U would desire to slap him in public and tell him to flow away u on my own or ur gettin a restrainin order. Then go locate u a warm guy and date him if u like him and stay your existence and confer with ur acquaintances. U dont would desire to do the yot guy element yet u do would desire to truly make him see ur extreme and that he has a difficulty
