Depends on how big it is! And what kind of products you buy. You can look at the store and add it up, but I would guess around 200 calories for a basic.

Regular Sour Cream: 1 oz = 59 Calories
Burrito Shell: 1 large tortilla = 330 Calories
Hamburger: 110 g = 279 Calories

Total: 668 Calories Approx.

It's the sour cream that gets you. Next time, try plain yogurt and mix a small amount of buttermilk.
