Is there a machine that you can put currency (bills) in and using UV light the bills are "cleaned"?

Well, not "cleaned" but disinfected.
Most E. coli bacteria, for example would die under intense UV exposure.
But I can't say whether ALL nasties would....
I haven't seen a machine for that.
Quickly register a patent......!..... ;-)

You just need a UV light, to do the cleaning.

US currency will easily withstand a trip through the gentle cycle of the washer. I've done it with some money I've dropped in the mud. Don't use bleach!
