What type of eating disorder you are suffering ?suggestions advises and answer depends on that
Are you voracious eater ?Is there loss of appetite ? Is there is a hunger problem>?Macrophagia ?Any way the first thing you should do is to control yourself !You have to make a habit of alarm system for to take the food !Go slow and do proper mastication of the food you take like ENJOYING THE FOOD IN THE MOUTH !take each bolus very slowly and make your stomach to understand that now you are full !This is if you are voracious eater !There are no specific drugs for that !You have to go to psychologist for this !Rather psychoanalyst ! I know one girl was eating her hairs ! and finally she went under operation to take that hair ball from her stomach !This is something related to psychology! Always YoursmE

You should seek out support groups for your type of disorder, whether it's bulemia or anorexia, etc. That way you can get exposure to many different solutions that work for different people, and see if you can find the one that fits you best. You're not alone in this at all, so I'm sure there must be something for you to join, even an online community would be beneficial if you can't find an actual group in your city/town.

There are specialists that deal with the stomach and intestines that may be able to help you. They are called gastro-enterologists. If they cannot find any physical reason why you get sick from food, then I would try a psychiatrist. It may be an emotional reaction to food that is making you ill.

I hope you can resolve this issue!
