i have a great ambition to build small cotteages to old people who have been deprived by their childrens or who have nobody to take care and give them all thy need in their old age

do not get suckered into "habitat for humanity". it is a huge rip off.
caring for the elderly is a noble endevor but housing is secondary to health issues. even if you bought an old motel for them you would still need to address health and food.
perhaps you could lower your sights a little and help just a few elderly people who are just having a hard time in daily affairs.

It sounds like you would be a perfect candidate for Habitat for Humanity! They are an organization that builds homes for low-income families. Please check out their website:

Look for the tab that says "volunteer opportunities." It's a fantastic organization. I'm glad to see you have a volunteering spirit, keep it up!
