The heat inside Sauna Baths comes from steam.. For some people, especially people who has fair skin, will turn reddish.. But this is due to the body's reaction to heat.. It will fade away once they take a shower..
Countries that has dry air, like the desert, or near the seashore, has the tendency for their skin to get dark even if they don't expose themselves to the sun.. This is due to the heat carried by the wind transferred by the sea or sand.. But this will take several weeks to notice its effects...
UV from the sun is the fastest when it comes to tanning the skin... It can also cause skin cancer...

No. Heat does not make you tan, ultraviolet rays from the sun or tanning beds do. A sauna relaxes you and some people say it detoxifies you to some extent. It really just makes you sweat.

it does not make you tan unless your in the sun. it can make you red. sauna baths are meant to detoxify and some people claim you can even lose wieght. it is a really good skin cleanser. not too often though or it can cause wrinkles over time.

no definitely not...sauna is not a solarium, you won't get brown by using sauna.

no it doesnt tan you because its heat not uv rays but it does make you sweat alot and clears up your skin and removes impurites
