That game is soooo tired. People have been guessing the meaning behind 666 since at least Pres. Ronald 6 letters Wilson 6 letters Reagan 6 letters.
These games do not accomplish anything. All they do is make non-Christians think we are stupid.
Which chases potential Christians away. To chase someone away from Christ would be a SIN.
In order to get the mark you have to worship the beast so all you have to know is do not worship anyone who lives here on earth, and then you don't have to worry about getting the mark.

The best answer I ever hear regarding the number of the beast, is it is not so much his actual name, but a prefex to who he is. Christians forget that to the Judeo side of our faith there is a need to understand numbers. The Hebrew Christians brought Hebrew numerology to the faith, (a beautiful separate topic of study for God in its own right) and had a reason for the numbers thaey associated with Holy things.
These letters of Jesus revelation was a document that if the Roman authorities intercepted, had to be written in such a way as to appear inconsequential. 3 = God, 6 = the number of man, 7= the completeness of God. Hence write to the 7 churches (the complete body of believers throughout the world, throughout time). 666 is a hevenly designation of 6 the number of man 3 the number of God, or man pretending to be God.
I truly believe that trying to discern who the antichrist is based on the number of his name is a riddle to be unsolved. For 2 reasons 1) in addition to 666 designation there are other prophecies in other parts of revelation, the book of Daniel, Ezekiel, Isaiah, and in the Gospels, other NT Books, by Paul and Peter, that paint the complete picture. But the one truth that is certian is this the beast will be satan incarnate. 2) The obscurity of not only the person, but the time of his arrival as well, leads me to believe that Christians will not be here when he shows up.
Gods word doesn't encourage Christians to look for this "man of lawlessness" it only warns us of him, but always moves us to seek out Jesus, turn our face to Him, look for His Glorious appearing. I believe for Christians "We shall behold Him, when He calls us, at a thief in the night", "in the twinkeling of an eye" we will be translated and those in the world left behind will wonder, some will believe (this truth), some will blame aliens, the government...etc
When will it happen I'm not sure I just know I'm not really required of God to worry about the man that will come afterwards, his fate was sealed before the begining of time, as was our reedemption.

Dear friend try reading the BIBLE, and the scripture you reference, for those who read this it is Revelation 13:18, and it is," Here is wisdom, Let him that has understanding, count the number of the beast, for it is the number of a 'MAN',(EMPHASIS SUPPLIED): and his number is six hundred threescore and six." allow me to add spiritual insight to this for ur benefit. Wisdom, analize what John saw. He was familiar with the dominate language of the day, Roman, and was looking at that language, Latin. If the number was on his head it would be a hat. or tiara. and because the beast was identified at the beginning of the reformation, this is a historical fact. This has not changed and he exists today as a religious political power. if you read revelation 13, you will read about this religious power and how this was fulfilled during the dark ages. you will also read about a lamb like beast. Today we see this one fulfilling the prophcy spoken of about it. what we have is a clear indication of how close we are to JESUS SECOND COMING. If you set every letter to a multiple of six, you're going to have an easy time finding words that add to 666.

each item, logo, personal name, that you encounter 666 in is not the antichrist. but is part of his massive machine or network. remember, multiple angels fell with him. read book of enoch for names and what each is responsible for in the sin departments against man.
