oil adn vinegar is always safe, light on the oil. Atkins does have a line of salad dressings on the market. you can buy one you like.

Just look at the label. No sugar, no carbs? Go for it.

Avoid "lite" salad dressings, since they usually have more sugar. Go for the fattiest stuff you can find-- ranch, blue cheese, etc. are usually fine, but be sure to check the labels first. Oil-based stuff like Italian is usually fine too, but it varies from brand to brand. Check the label!
