to be honest is pretty easy.
although it would be in the pub leagues, just register with your local amatuer fa, but you will need somewhat of 18 regular players strips etc

I think you mean OWN sunshine. If so, about the only way you could own a professional team nowadays is if you are rolling in money and don't mind losing most of it. A little test....take a wheelbarrow-full of money and tip it over the edge of a cliff. If that doesn't bother you.....your OK to own a football team!
