This is an argument from silence. Nowhere in the Bible does it show Satan taking on flesh. He does have power and can affect people, steal, kill and destroy. But I would lean toward no, that he cannot take on a physical body, since he is of the angelic brethren and nowhere do they have flesh in scripture.

Google "Nephilim" fallin angels arn't suppose to procrate with humans, but something happen with satan to cause the Nephilim and cause the flood. Aslo, their is some wild religous conspiracy theory that the UFO's are really demons and they are mostly obducting wiccans and those in the occult so they can inpregnate a human female and make a human (half demon/half human) anti-christ. I saw something like this on X-files. A demon was trying to make babies with humans and he kept getting babies with horns, and a women was trying to have a baby with him and she was trying to have a baby with horns because she was a demon, it was interesting for fiction.
