It's too early in the day to decide for sure. All I know for sure so far is asparagus wrapped in bacon and roasted. Maybe bruschetta with olive tapanade. I'm in a "small bites" mood, since it's only me today, and I don't have the family to cook for.

Thin sliced boneless chicken breast sauteed in olive oil with a lemon butter sauce. Steamed broccoli or asparagus with roasted potatoes and a crisp green salad.
