Er no that's why they are Muslims and not Christians.
OK Muslims call the Abrahamic God Allah not God.They believe Jesus was a prophet but not the son of God.They believe he came to save the Jews and was meant as the messiah for the Jews but most of the Jews rejected him so they are doomed on judgement day.
They believe the true and final prophet was Muhammad and that only by following his teachings in the Quran can a person reach the afterlife.

We believe that Jesus (saws) was a great prophet of God, but we do not believe that he was part of God or son of God. The reason for this is because we believe that God is One, there are none like Him, and only He deserves worship. We see the concept of son of God or part of God as giving God partners to do a job that God couldn't do Himself, and that just doesn't make sense for an almighty, all-knowing God. We believe that there are NO entities between us and God, therefore we pray to no one but Him, and only He can judge us and forgive us for our sins.
Many Muslims will say that the only way to get to God is through following Islam, however God says in the Quran that anyone who believes and anyone who does good deeds and forbids evil has that chance as well.
2:62 VERILY, those who have attained to faith [in this divine writ], as well as those who follow the Jewish faith, and the Christians, and the sabians -all who believe in God and the Last Day and do righteous deeds-shall have their reward with their Sustainer; and no fear need they have, and neither shall they grieve.
This makes sense, especially when you think of those who've never been shown the path of Islam or any path to God, yet who do good deeds and lives a pious lifestyle. Why would God punish someone who never knew him by means beyond his control?

In islam, Jesus(PBUH) is a very special prophet of God who God did bless with a holy spirit. His birth was from a virgin Mary as in Mariam. He does show the way to heaven through and strong way to reconcile with God and creation through Love. Muslims are suppose to follow both Jesus and Muhummed( Peace be upon them)!

Islam says Jesus(Isa) was the Messiah for the Jews.
A "Messiah" is one who is sent as a redeemer and uniter of the Tribes.
If the Jews believed in him and followed his message then God would forgive them for all their rebellion and slaying of the previous prophets.
If the Jews believed in their messiah then they would be saved from a curse that was to befall them.
Muslims consider Jesus to be the Last Israelite Prophet.
The Jews who rejected Jesus are still waiting for their "Messiah" so God will send them an evil substitute as a punishment.
Islam says Jesus will be sent back around the end days to slay the False Messiah that the Jews who rejected him are waiting for.
The False Messiah will be the most evil leader in history and he will rule from Jerusalem.
Abraham was chosen to be a Great Prophet of the Creator of the Universe.
Abraham had two sons who were both to be blessed with a Holy Covenant .
The Holy Covenant are promises from The Lord of Abraham in return for taking on the responsibility to "Make Allah/God known to the World" and establishing the “laws of God” on the Earth.
Ishmael - first son - ISLAM
Issac - second son - JUDAISM & Christianity
JUDAISM is the covenant through Isaac.
ISLAM is the covenant through Ishmael.
St. Paul Created his own Covenant =
Genesis 17:9-10 ---Then God said to Abraham, "As for you, you must keep my covenant, you and your descendants after you for the generations to come.
This is my covenant with you and your descendants after you, the covenant you are to keep: Every male among you shall be circumcised.
Galatians 5:2 ---- Mark my words! I, Paul, tell you that if you let yourselves be circumcised, Christ will be of no value to you at all.

Jesus (pbuh) was not the literal "Son of God" however, the only way to heaven is through his message and the teachings of the Qur'an as passed to the Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

Jesus was the promised Messiah. He was born of Virgin birth but was NOT the Son of God.
Was the only way to heaven through him i.e. believing he was a Prophet from God? It was if you received his message and were Jewish. However this is not the case anymore.

Jesus(peace) is one of God great messenger.
He is fatherless as Adam(peace) is both fatherless and motherless.
He hasnt die. God save him and he will be send back to earth at the end of time to bring us back to the true teaching,
that is Submission to God.
The only way to heaven is through God almighty.
None whomsoever can grant us bliss except God.

We Muslims believe in one God who has no partners and should not be associated with any, therefore disagree with idol worship. We believe in all the prophets, and we believe Jesus is a prophet (peace be upon them) It is haraam to slander, backbite, gossip, accuse anybody without evidence we greet one another with asalam alaikum (peace be unto you) The Qur'an says: "If you kill one man it is as if you have killed all of mankind, if you save one man it is as if you have saved all of mankind" Shirk is haraam one of the worst things (to associate partners with God or to act like your God) Allah is the arabic word for 'The God.' - there are 99 names - of which one is 'Al-Hafiz' = the protector We believe that anybody who is a believer (people of the Book - Christians, Jews, Muslims) will be rewarded accordingly, and insha'Allah (God willing) have our good deeds outweigh our bad deeds We try our best to do good deeds, give alms (charity), be respectful and kinds to one another always saying our salaams (peace). OH YEAH - jihad = inner struggle - such as inner struggle to gain peace and to show truth of Islam Jihad does not mean fighting innocent non-muslims for no reason, give me a break! If someone attacks you or is violent its every human right to defend oneself. this is the true meaning of it. Loads loads more.
