Is it okay to keep filled gasoline cans and a several lit candles in your bedroom even if you do not intend to start a fire ?

If your commitment is strong enough to keep you from having sex together, why is it not strong enough to allow not to sleep in the same bed together ?

If you are going to save the icing for after the wedding, you should probably save the cake too. The bedroom is part of your intimacy setting and the bed is the place for the enjoyment of the lawful pleasures of the marriage.

Sleeping in the same bed together will be a privilege that you share as husband and wife and you will appreciate it more if you treated it as sacred as you would sex.

It would be highly unusual for the 2 of you not to have a physical attraction for each other. Why tempt yourselves ? In a happy marriage, husbands and wives don't sleep together without touching each other. This does not always have to be sexual. Aren't you human too ? Of course, you are. Save the best for last and you will be glad that you did.

1 Corinthians 7:1 Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: [It is] good for a man not to touch a woman.

1 Corinthians 7:2 Nevertheless, [to avoid] fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.

If you look from religious view or even moral it is not o.k to do that. Engagement is not a legal bond according to the most religion's law. On top of that, do you really believe the commitment not to have sex if you are in the same bed. Honestly I can't even trust myself.

Yeah, it's okay. Even though you intend to have sex after marriage, if you both exercise self control there's no problem sleeping in the same bed.

This issue is to be answered between you 2 and GOD. If it were me, I would look at it this way...I would not practice it every night as temptation would catch up to me. I would be sure it was very private as we have to avoid the appearance of evil if we are truly dedicated. and if I am doing it for financial reasons I would be sure that the money otherwise spent was saved to be sincere about the effort. I would be fully aware that if all of this was accomplished, that GOD would be my witness in the bed when we were together. hope this helps you.

Well if you're in North Carolina, it's illegal I believe.

Heard some story where a girl got fired because she was living with her boyfriend, then the state got involved and fined her. Total BS.

Thats perfectly fine. Who ever told you otherwise is a idiot. If your not having sex, whats the problem. People may not believe you,but if you arent, you know, and God knows.

NO
Even church leaders will give you the same answer. Reason is that 'both you' or 'one of you' will eventually lured to touching and lead to sex.

Try if you don't believe them, but don't regret it if it's too late. LOL

Can a man take fire in his bosom, and his clothes not be burned. Can one go upon hot coals, and his feet not be burned?

yes....why wouldn't it be?
That would be like saying it isn't ok for my friend to come over and spend the night to snuggle.....

Hold true to your beliefs and remember, the only 2 judgments that matter are yours and your god.

Blessed Be!
