If the vehicle is used only for a business and they have certain limits on the use.
An example would be the tow trucks that have "Not for hire" displayed on the door or an owner/operator of a trucking company.
All fuels, oils and operating expenses can be written off.
Please check your local laws regarding business writes off.
Your accountant could tell you what these are.

you might be able to write off SOME auto related expenses if you are self employed or travel alot for business, but you'd likely need alot of documentation to prove it. Ask a tax consultant.
