You might try contacting your Chamber of Commerce or Better Business Bureau and asking them.
You find plenty of guides, tips and helps for free on-line. (just do a search for free resume guides). Many on-line job sites will help you build your resume to customize it to their site (like Monster.com and others).

Beyond that, friends can help you and then there is the good old "me, myself and I" - meaning you'll have to do it yourself. Good luck!
