Well, you could start by not being so needy. You will scare away anyone who is looking. Starting a first date with, 'let's see if you would make a good wife' is not conducive to relaxation and comfort.
Start by being comfortable with yourself, as a complete person, confidence is attractive.
Then increase your social circle, so that you gain exposure to more varied types of people and of course women.
Be relaxed, confident, and calm, fun to be with and kind. With a good attitude you will find a choice of girls who enjoy your company and would like to see more of you.

definitely not bars, poetry readings show girls who want to be social but mature, coffee bars, art festivals, local concerts, but please dont try to find them at party party places cause thats probably not the type ready to settle down or has a drinking issue

jsut do the things you like to do, and youll meet women who like to do the same things you like to do, and then you wont be wasting time with random women.
and.. STOP LOOKING!
almost all the people in successful relationships have a funny story about how they met their partner, or they said "i met them doing____"
they rarely say "i met so and so when i was out looking for that special somone"
its always the whole "it comes when you least expect it"
so just do things you like to do and youll meet those women.
be active in your church, volunteer at cancer runs, senior homes, ot the hospital.
i dont know, its harder to come up with ideas for someone out of my age group, but do you know what i mean?

You could online dating! It worked for me! HOweveer, if you are serious about marriage, etc. try a male order bride. These woman often are more submissive and grateful to leave their countries.
