It is obvious --from reading the other responses-- that a majority of persons do not even believe in the actual existance of Satan the devil. In actuallity --however-- based on the meanings behind his title/names...
satan = resister
devil = The Greek di·a′bo·los means “slanderer"...
... it is apparent that Anyone can become such,
and many apparently already are.
The current world is rife with ungodly ideas & practices, which are being widely publicized on every available media today.
This makes it extremely more difficult for those who avail themselves of such -- to keep from having such influences rubbing off on them, even without them being aware...
Those who are truly serious about doing so,often opt to do without, or at least strictly & carefully restrict such influences.
The fact that so many don't even acknowledge Satan's existence, leaves them even more vulnerable to his influence.
So...
To the extent that anyone entertains unscriptural thoughts
-- resisting God's instructions--
that one is 'entertaining' the Devil.
"...Everyone that keeps on looking at a woman so as to have a passion for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart." --Luke 5:28
"...Whatever things are true,
... of serious concern,
... righteous,
... are chaste,
... lovable,
... well spoken of,
whatever virtue there is, and
whatever praiseworthy thing there is,
continue considering these things."
--Phillipians 4:8
"Subject yourselves, therefore, to God; but oppose the Devil, and he will flee from you. Draw close to God, and he will draw close to you..." --James 4:7,8a
That^ is what Christ's actual followers do.

No. A true Christian should not entertain the dev il but should go away with him by fighting with him in the name of God.

I do at at times, but when I entertain him, I upset God... I'm making more conscience efforts to live more for God, and make the devil angry. I don't want him to get joy on my foolish behalf!!!

I was chillin with the devil last Saturday. We kicked back a few beers, and I told him some hilarious stuff. He thought it was great.

I entertain the devil with my mad gee-tar skills.
He says that my "Silent Lucidity" needs some work, but it's not bad.

Its always nice to be entertaining, plus its funny watching the Christians wet themselves in prayers if you pretend to support Satan.
What has God done for you? Satan however, has given us free pornography and gluttony, both things I am fond of on ocassions.

probably. Someone cuts me off in traffic and something awful comes out of my mouth. Someone at work is rude and cruel and I lash back. My mouth and my flesh do the things my spirit does not want them to do.
Dang this flesh.
