Quaker Bites has variety of flavors. The chedder and ranch are my favorite. They are just mini rice cakes.

eat as much celery, beetroot, pickled onions, apples, carrot etc as you like and will not make you put weight on. Also eating slices of wafer thin chicken or turkey is very low in calories and has no carbohydrates so you wont put weight on if you have a few slices of that either- its just protein which id good for you! ryvita is also very nice with a low fat spread on such as philadelphia light- also very low calories and this snack will also provide fibre, drink warm drinks to stave off hunger- it makes you feel fuller i think- try tea with no sugar or go for sweetener in instead (it has no calories and tastes just the same as sugar) or opt for low calorie fat free hot chocolate from the supermarket made with hot water- this has practically no calories in- try with a jaffa cake or two (only 50 calories each and 1 gram of fat!) and as if thats not enough you could try eating babybels cheese- theyre only small and taste so good and i know cheese has fat in but it has zero carbs which is good for an evening snack as you dont want to be consuming energy before you hit the sack! hope this helps!!!

I agree with the frutis and veggies. (I do not care for gelatin.) Most evenings, I have some air popped popcorn with Smart Balance spread. (It's like margarine, but much better as it's made with only natural oils.) A little salt and I'm good to go. Some evenings, I spread out my dinner. Two nights ago, I had some potatoes and homemade white gravy (basically, Smart Balance, flour, water, and sugar; It would have been better with some vanilla soy milk, but I was out). It was lik potato stew, but bland. After that, I had some steamed veggies. After that, I had a veggie chick'n pattie on whole wheat bread. Still not thinking I had enough calories for the day (I'm pregnant and am careful of that), I still had my popcorn. Not only is it one of my favorite foods, but it just went great while watching one of my favorite movies, "A League of their Own".

Also, my husband and I also have whole grain tortilla chips with salsa. Low fat and healthy. I hope this helps.

I won't say veggies because they are the obvious choice, but not what most people crave at night. My favorite snack is air popped popcorn- pop it, spray I can't believe it's not butter spray on it, and sprinkle with chilli powder, seasoned salt, old bay, or any seasoning you like that contains salt. Popcorn is low in calories and high in fiber so it fills you up and is satisfying. Also, if you are a bulk eater like me, you can still eat a great big bowl of it.

Other ideas are popscicles, sugar free jello with fat free cool whip, sugar free jello puddding singles, rice cakes with 2% american cheese slice.

Fruit is always good, I read one article in Japan, and it said ice cream is not bad option because it contains good amount of calcium, vitamin etc. It also make your body temperature lower so calories you get from ice cream is not much as you see on label.

No matter what, key to keep weight is not to eat much.
I think it is ok to eat small portion of ice cream or fruits.

Avoid any kind of chips, candy bar.

Fruit would be my choice but someome else suggested it already, how about seeds like pumkins or walnuts otherwise eating an egg scrambled or boiled (sorry not chocolate ones) is a good way of making you feel full & not needing more food.

drink a glass of water or low calorie soda
chew a piece of sugar free gum
wait 20mins (this is the hardest) and see if youre hungry then
