how can I speak, read and write russian like a russian???

There are few resources in Morocco for learning Russian, though some universities offer it. I would also suggest the Rosetta Stone software if you can afford it. I would suggest as well that you learn the Cyrillic alphabet first (try Wikipedia); it will help to learn the language more quickly.

You should probably start by buying one of those "Rosetta stone" teaching software. It works pretty well.
