What does "When we'll get a chance" mean?

so i asked this girl out,

i said, "so when we hanging out?" she said "whenever we'll get a chance." and i asked her to hang out with me after work that day, she said OK but we couldn't, b/c i didn't have her number. and i left work early. so now i asked her when can i call u she said "will see when we get chance"

IS IT YES OR NO?

being a girl myself, i feel tht it's nvr easy to predict a girl's responses neither phrasing out their meanings......they contain double meanings n v.few girls r straight-forward, u c. it's better u keep ur fingers crossed- but doin tht alone won't help. i wud like to advise u tht u shud increase the communication, 1st . its important 4 a healthy relationship.......but don't over-do it. wait 4 sometime n slowly open up......don't b too fast....have patience.

She could be either really busy or just putting you off with out saying no out right. Try giving her your number and telling her to give you a call if she gets a chance. If she doesn't call then she's not interested.

Either she is plaing hard to get, or else she is just not that into you. She will hang out with you if she has nothing better to do and she is bored.
