does feeding your dog bread give them worms?

dogs can get worms from mosquitoes, ticks, dirt, feces, but not bread... unless that is, the bread has worms or worm larvae in it. bread, biscuits, chocolate and milk are actually fine for dogs. yes thats right, i said chocolate is fine... it is, in small quantities. milk is fine to give to your pets but don't give too much or too often because it can cause mild diarrhea. bread & biscuits are ok too. and if you ever had to give your dog a pill, a great way to hide it is in a piece of bread.
but the best treat for your dog - is actually a dog treat. if you think about where dogs originate... the fact that your dog has a roof over his head and a full belly all day, should seem like he's spoiled. dogs absolutely love milk bones!!! for my dog is snauages... what i'm saying is, if you want to spoil your little baby even more, give him (or her) something that was made for his digestive tract.

It may give him diarrhea however. Dogs have funny stomachs. While they can eat the most outlandish things, they do best on the same brand/type of food at the same time every day, twice a day.

They pick them up from sniffing things, like other dogs who may be carrying worms, or the ground as they prepare to leave urine messages, or by licking their paws after their walk. or by eating carrion or garbage that may be infested. There are lots of ways dogs get worms.

Ways to lessen this include good sanitation. Make sure you do poopie-patrol every single day. Take Poochie to play areas that are cleaned regularly.

Bread is not good for dogs. I know it is tempting to give them some of our human food, but I saw a program saying bread, biscuits, chocolate and human milk are like poison to dogs and cats. I have since been more careful with what I give to mine.
