I am in trouble. It's been 7 months since I've been removed from Canada and have had no home since. I can't return to Brazil (which by the way, has daily civilian death tolls higher than Iraq) and am living in the United States now temporarily.

I hope to return to Canada as soon as possible, please provide a source if you can.

I was removed, not deported. I know that I can enter Canada in any other way (I would if I had money) and I know I can re-apply for the Pre-Removal Risk Assessment which is a 4 month process with very little chance of aproval.

I want to know if I claim all over again from scratch.

Deportation from Canada will mean forever be barred from entering therein again.
