you may need another round of antibiotics or a different/stronger antibiotic. i would call your dr and see what they think... it needs to be treated and it needs to be cured if left untreated it can lead to PID and infertility....
use a condom everytime you sex...

Chlamydia is a sexually-transmitted disease (STD) which can occur in men and women. Unfortunately, chlamydia is often a "silent" disease in women, which causes serious damage before symptoms become noticeable. Men who are infected with chlamydia can spread the disease to their female partners. Though only about 50% of men with chlamydia experience chlamydia symptoms, there are several signs to look out for. The most important thing to note is that you should get tested by a doctor if you think there's a chance you contracted chlamydia or any other STD. It's important to look out for symptoms of chlamydia as soon as you might think you're affected, because it can actually be cured

It depends upon the antibiotic that you are taking. It usually takes about a week to clear up once treatment is started. You should see you're doctor again if your still showing symptoms.

a full course of antibiotics taken properly should treat it. if you are experiencing more symptoms, follow up with your doctor as there a studies showing that chlamydia is becoming resistant to certain meds. always use a condom.

Zithromax; one 5 day course should do it. The discharge might just be related to your cycle.
