I read Acts 7:55-56 and it says Stephen saw Jesus standing on the right hand of God... Jesus stands on the right hand of himself?

I also read Matt 3:14-17 and it says the Holy Ghost came down as a dove, Jesus came out of the water and God the Father said he was pleased with his son. that show three seperate beings.

I also read that the Holy Ghost caused Mary to concieve Jesus... If Jesus is the Holy Spirit, then he impregnated his own mother?

John 17 says that Jesus prays to his Father and only does his Fathers will... it doesn't say he does his own will.

What about Adam and eve? it says they are joined as one flesh... does that make them one person or one in purpose?

It make perfect sense to me that God the Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit are one IN PURPOSE not personage. This is what the Scriptures teach--the Godhead.

The Trinity is a false doctrine voted on by unispired men in 320 AD in the council of Nice.

The trinity is false, that is obvious now if its scriptures that your looking for to proove this there are tons of them.

This scripture basically puts it all into prespective. Its talking about the second comming of Christ
St, Mark 13:32
"32 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father."

You are correct, the trinity is a false doctrine adopted from paganism and totally unsupported by the scriptures. A web search of Nimrod, Simeramis, and Tammuz should bear this out.
Also, as you pointed out this was adopted by the Council of Nicea in 324 or 325AD, along with Sunday keeping and Christmas, which were adopted from Mithra worship and Saturnela. There were also several other pagan trinitarian cults in antiquity, including a Roman one.

You are on the righ track.

However, your understanding of the Godhead is incomplete.

The Godhead consits of God the Father and God the Son, and, yes, they are totally united as one in purpose, but are separate beings. The Holy Spirit, however, is the power that comes from God the Father thru the Son and accomplishes the Father's will, but the Holy Spirit is not separate personage. I hope that this helps you to understand the answer to some of your other questions.

If you look at all the opening statements in Paul's letters this is easily to prove, Paul does not address the Holy Spirit (ie; Romans 1:7-8 and others). If the Holy Spirit were a personage in the Godhead, then Paul just commited a terrible breach of ettiqutte in not honoring a ruler. Paul simply does not address the Holy Spirit as a person the way he does the Father and the Son.

Again, it is impossible to prove the trinity from a true and honest study of the Bible.

Oh, and Matt. 1John 5:7.....read the margin or find a study Bible. It was added by a Catholic scribe in the 4th or 5th century and is not in any original documents....and it is the only verse that comes close to proving a trinity.

Some studies on the Holy Spirit posted below.

Holy spirit is not Holy Ghost! Spirit is the same thing as the football coach tries to inspire in his team! His spirit of winning.
But with God the Creator of the Universe, spirit is quite a bit stronger, but NOT a separate person, it is like the breath of God, the wind of change so to speak!
The idea of the trinity :
The New encyclopedia Britannica said that Neither the word Trinity , nor the explicit doctrine as such , appears in the New Testament, Nor did Jesus or his followers intent to contradict the Shema in the Old Testament: Hear Oh Israel: the Lord our God Is one Lord Deut. 6:4 This false doctrine developed over several centuries and through many controversies.... Even the Catholic Encyclopedia will state that the idea of three persons in one God was not firmly established until the end of the 4th century A.D.

But wrong again the Babylonians and the Assyrians and the Egyptians had Tryune Gods for century's, That is why God Almighty told he Israelites to remain separate from the nations. It WAS so MANY FALSE BELIEFS among the pagan nations that God did not want the Israelites to copy.

I think there is obvious evidence that implies that God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit are indeed three in one: three separate beings, but with one common purpose. The well-known "I and my father are one" scripture outlines this: that they are one, as in the same purpose. The official doctrine of the Trinity itself is not found in the Bible. It's really just a common human interpretation, when you think about it. You gave great, conclusive scripture references.

I don't know if I'd call it Pagan. Just a different interpretation of things.

According to Judaism, we cannot divide God up into separate parts, where each part of God is unequal to each of the other parts, but somehow they are one and the same. The Hebrew Scriptures describes God as an absolute One, but the Christian's New Testament describes the Christian idea of God as divisible into three parts called a trinity. In the Christian's New Testament, Jesus at one point claims to have different knowledge than other parts of the Christian Trinity. For example, Matthew 24:36 or Mark 13:32. In another verse, Jesus does not have the same power as other parts of the Christian Trinity, for example, Luke 23:34. And in Matthew 26:42, Jesus' will is not the same as the will of the Father. Indeed, Jesus often contrasted himself with the Father, for example, in John 14:28, or Luke 18:19. Furthermore, Jesus supposedly said that the punishment for blaspheming against one part of the Trinity is not the same punishment for blaspheming against another part of the Trinity. In the Hebrew Scriptures, however, God is One, as we read in Deuteronomy 6:4, as well as in Isaiah 44:6, where God tells us, "I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God." When Isaiah tells us that God said, "I am the first," it means that God has no father. When Isaiah tells us that God said, "I am the last," it means that God has no literal son. And when Isaiah tells us that God said, "Besides me there is no God," it means that God does not share being God with any other god, or demi-god, or semi-god, or persons, and there is no trinity.

I live in Utah. I have to explain this all the time to the Mormons who throw the Nicene Creed around and expect me to defend it.
I am trinitarian not Nicene. The Father is called called God in both the Old and New testaments.
Old.. Psalms 89:26
New.. 1 Corinthians 8:6
Jesus refers to Himself as God..John 8:58
The Holy Spirit is called God by the Apostles.. Acts 5:4

Ok the Father is God, the Son is God, the Holy Spirit is God.
But the Bible is clear..
Deuteronomy 6:4
Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD

If it is true it all has to fit together. But how can there be only one when the rest of the Bible says there is at least three, Ok God also relieves Himself through nature. Maybe we can get a clue there.
Space (Geometric space) is made up of height, width, and breadth. Look close height is infinite and by that definition contains all space. So does width, and breadth too. Each by definition must contain all space. Yet all these three make up one space...

The Father, Son and Holy Spirit is the One true God,,, Jim

Maybe you should read the whole Bible!

For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one. 1 John 5:7

And the Word became flesh(Jesus) and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:1

I (Jesus) and My Father are one.” John 10:30

Jesus is God in flesh. As a man of flesh he had to pray to his Father in Heaven. Heb. 2:9, Col. 2:9, Gal. 4:4-5, Phil. 2:5-8

The so-referred to as "Trinity doctrine" is a crimson herring, and you're reacting to it simply as you have been programmed to. The truth is that there's just one God. But do not prohibit Him to human talents. That One God is capable to do some thing He would decide upon to do, be anyplace and far and wide whilst, adding inside your center. Why is it so tough to appreciate that God would and could come into the arena in a human frame? Why is that this so tough to feel? Why need to we make Jesus a "moment man or woman within the trinity", as though He need to have compatibility into a few human comparison of Him? What is so complex approximately the perception that God could decide upon to live inside the human center? Why need to we invent but a further "man or woman within the trinity" to provide an explanation for the Holy Spirit? The "Trinity Doctrine" is an attempt to take your brain clear of the Holiness of God, and it sort of feels to paintings totally good. One for Satan!!

Well, I think your theory is impossible. First of all the doctrine of the Trinity is Biblical and it is the only understanding one can have that is in harmony with the whole body of Scriptures.

However, one has to also look at what the teaching and the practice of the early Church was to get a clear understanding of the Trinity. It is very clear that the early Church believed in the Trinity and is evident in the earliest writings even though not as clearly defined as it was in the Council of Nicaea where it was declared by the whole Christian church as dogma in response to Arian and Gnostic heresies.

While one may construe parallels to pagan understandings of their gods or god , the trinity is solely a Christian understanding taught by Jesus and the apostles.
