This is so funny for me. If you go to any fashion show, versace, prada, whoever, this is what the girls look like, all around the world... but in America they have to change the clothes before they sell them. Put fabric inside. SO SILLY!

it's not sooo bad, but it's not completely unlike walking around in a see-through skirt without wearing underwear.

I don't think there is a rule at all. There was even an episode of Sex and the City dedicated to this very subject...The ladies on that episode were actually wearing some sort of fake nipples to make themselves appear to have erect nipples at all times...
I think the "rule" comes generally from our societies desire to have women wear bras all the time...Generally it is hard to see erect nipples through a good bra...Personally I think it should not matter, but you know how conservative some people can be. The one thing I would be careful about is dating men who only noticed you because of your nipples...If that is as far as the man looked to want to talk to you, then you may want to keep looking for other men...

That's the way American was founded. It's our culture. Compared to some countries, we are fairly conservative. We're a nation that was birthed with moral standards and strict guidelines to what is right and wrong, for men and women. Those foundational truths still permeate throughout our society.

You want to be taken seriously, you want people to notice you and not your boobs, no nips!
You want to be followed around by guys with their tongues hanging out, and all the women sneering at you, mothers covering thier young childrens eyes, and older women and men shaking their heads at you in disgust, you nip!

It's just not accepted here. We could turn around and say why is it accepted in other places to show them? It's just the way the country and culture is. People who show them around here are considered to be "bad" people, unless of course it's done in the privacy of your own home then by all means do what you want.

It would depend on the timing and the place. I can see sometimes how this would be inappropriate, but for the most part I think a lot of the women are self-conscious, or think they are better than that, or they are just plain prudes. Live your own life by your own rules.

Its not bad its just that... well its indecent if you show it around kids. We dont really want our children exposed to that kind of stuff. But personally, i dont mind. :D

just the way it is here.. they think that is "dirty" and private so we don't show it. It is not bad we like it but don't complain about us lookingps please put a link for your beams up for us
