11, 12, 13, 14 - I can't do "5" because the other questions do not apply to me. Further...

11 - I made a decision a number of years ago to be honest at all times - not just "at times." If I was faced with a sticky situation where there was a good chance that I might hurt the feelings of the other by my answer, I asked, "Do you want an honest answer even if that answer might not be what you would like to hear?" This gives the individual an "out" and places the responsibility of possible hurt feelings on the questioner.

14 - I also look for articles and books which help not only my mind, but my heart. Means of expressing compassion and understanding more effectively. Ways of improving myself through changes in approach.
