Most over the counter pregnancy tests check for Human Gonadotropic Hormone (HGH) which is the same in diabetics as in anyone else. So if you are using an HGH test then the answer is that the test is accurate 99.99% of the time.

You should go to your doctor immediately because there can be some challenges in managing pregnancy in a diabetic. You will really need to monitor your blood sugar levels more closely than ever.

It is virtually impossible to receive a false positive on a pregnancy test. The margin for error is all in the possibility of a false negative.
