This will have no affect on making the virus go away. Doing that will only cause more pain, more irritation, longer healing time and possibly scars. 2nd and 3rd degree burns can leave scars. You'll only make it worse, much worse, if you do that.
There is NO cure for herpes. There are medications to help suppress the virus and help prevent outbreaks, but they are not a cure. If a person has herpes they are basically just stuck with it.
***Also, the person claiming to be a nurse above me is just wrong. Herpes is NOT in the blood like HIV is. Herpes is in the nerves and affects the skin. If it was in the blood of a person then that person would not be able to donate blood like HIV+ people can't.

Sores are not caused by the herpes virus itself. One develops sores and blisters when the body attempts to expell the virus. In other words, your immune system causes these sores. The virus is either active or dormant. When dormant or no longer active, the virus "sleeps" within the nerves at the base of your spine. When aggravating factors arise (stress, illness, and other factors), the virus "awakens" and begins to replicate. Your body attacks the virus and expells it through the skin. Anti-virals, such as Valtrex, stop the virus from replicating -which puts it back to sleep. Though a cure is not yet available, the idea (or goal) is to put the virus in a permanent state of sleep. The herpes virus is very complex and there are 8 herpeviruses altogether. Oral and genital herpes are caused by HSV I and HSV II. Both can occur anywhere on the body and many people don't realize that they have it. Some experts feel that herpes is fairly common and should be classified as a "condition" rather than a disease. Those suffering from this condition generally aren't the ones spreading it...It's spread faster by those who don't realize they have it (and sadly, these people are usually the ones to criticize and ridicule those inflicted with herpes).

I got clinically diagnosed with herpes virus (type 2) about 3 yrs ago, whilst I was still in college and had a dumb one-night stand. I realize lots of people say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a massive mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for my entire life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date guys again. After all, who wants to go out with someone who has sores round her private parts? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/baVn6 everything improved.
Not only was I able to eliminate all traces of the herpes virus from my system in less than 21 days, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so blessed to write that just last week, in front of everyone in a busy restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This program gave me back the opportunity to be happy and experience true love again. Now I want to help others by sharing this story.

My best friend has had genital herpes for about eight months now, and it's been really rough. She's had about 7 outbreaks. Everywhere I read it says it stops flaring up so much after time, but its not getting less frequent for her. She's been on Antiviral meds the whole time, too. She also has type 1 diabetes which she has had her whole life, which really weakens her immune system. Will it ever get better?
But after a friend share this video everything has changed.

No, once you get them, you own them and you can give them to a partner at any time even if your not broken. You must always use protection and substain when your broken out. There is NO cure for them at this time.
Venereal Warts are burned with acid treatments, that is also a virus you carry and they will always come back. sorry and good luck :)

I'm a nurse and I am sorry to tell you but this virus is in the bloodstream and there is no cure. I would however see your doctor and use any medication your doctor prescribes to keep you comfortable during outbreaks. Take care and all the best.
