Thanks guys, i already have the label and the bottle and i will display it at a french festival coming up in july, my concern was more about the nutrition fact and the license to sale and to produce it. Thanks

I'm not sure where you're located, but you could try local festivals/farmer's market type events? Purchasing booth space might seem like a bit of a heavy cost at first, but the exposure you get and what you're able to sell usually far outweighs that cost.

Print some labels up for your dressing, get yourself some inexpensive bottles for packaging, and set up shop! Be sure you have business cards and website set up so that people can order from you when they run out of your product, and so that they can refer their friends to do the same!

Would be a great idea to have veggies set up for sampling the dressing there at the booth.

I live in a town where these kinds of markets and festivals are PLENTIFUL in the summer, so you might find yourself very busy in your spare time.

Another simple idea which sounded crazy to me at first, but worked well for a woman I saw recently on a Food Network program, was going to door-to-door with a wagon full of what she had made in her kitchen, selling it to neighbors first. Now she owns/operates her own kitchen and sells product across the country!

Best of luck to you!

I'd go on line and check out the must do's for clearing food with the FDA for commercial sale, patenting, etc. Then you might want to check with a commercial artist to create labels and find a vendor for the type of jars you want to put it in. And, by the way, do you wish to share your recipe???

call the patent office and register it 1st.
then you can market it to stores, etc.
