1/3 of women who have had HPV get it again. There is no cure for HPV, it may go away on it's own. In men HPV can decrease the number & motility of sperm produced. In women, it can damage the cervix prevent passage to sperm, it badly scars the uterus and fallopian tubes often leading to hysterectomys. 1 in 5 women who get HPV will be come infertile. Should you get pregnant while you have HPV this could result in an eptopic pregnancy.
You got this disease from a guy. While your boyfriend should be tested. There is no cure for HPV, treatment might get rid of the warts but the virus is still there. Hopefully, it will run it's course with the 2 of you and you'll be fine. Keep seeing your doctor. Most who have HPV show no symptoms. Doctors may miss 20 to 70% of genital wart infestations. HPV can lay dormant for decades

You can still have children. If your boyfriend hasn't been treated and has it, you can pass it back and forth between each other. If you had it, got treated, and then started seeing him, you can't get it from him. It lies dormant in your system (like chicken pox does), but the way to get it again would be to be exposed to it through someone else.
