technically yes, but they are hardly a source of nutrition. Full of fat and sodium, and devoid of any nutritional value at all. Some nice icy cold sliced radishes are much healthier, and have the crunchiness of a chip

A potato is a vegetable ... can't get around that but because of the way that they are processed, and have so much bad added to them, they are nutritionally, not a good veggie choice.

Well, they are made from potatoes (a vegetable) so technically speaking they are BUT since they are also processed into a 'snack' with lots of oil and salt they are then considered a vegetable snack!!

No, they aren't considered a vegetable. Don't we all wish that they were?? Actually nutritionally speaking potatoes aren't considered a vegetable at all. They're considered a starch right along with pasta and rice.

Well they are a vegetable, because they're made from potatoes, but you don't actually get the vegetable protien. Nice question!

like both, fruits: berries, pears, pears, peaches, dragonfruit, pomegranate.... Vegetables: CUCUMBERS, bok choy, green beans, broccoli,.... We guess the two are great.

I really wish they did. Good quality poatao chips are a food group in and of themselves, as is chocolate.
