God doesn't need to learn everything because He already knows everything and so do we actually. We just forgot that we do. So when people tell you to look within yourself for answers they are right. Experience is a different matter and God experiences Herself through you and your life.

God can learn to be very very patient still with the worst sinners when good men pray for them, He can learn to withhold His anger or change plans to destroy sinful men when His chosen few keep praying for them. He may learn to keep waiting and waiting still for men to repent of their sins. God can learn to give in to Satan's persistent requests to allow him to send destructions on to people's health, household, possessions or treausures in order to test their faith in Him or to awaken sinners and unbelievers.. The meaning of the 'learn' here is to gradually accept something by changing the attitudes.
