If your diabetes is properly managed in general and most especially during your pregnancy there should be no concern. I wish you the very best of health and may God bless.

Only your doctor will be able to have any idea about this. There is no fool proof way to know if this baby will be as healthy as the last. Take good care of yourself and keep your levels controlled and your changes of a healthy baby will be better. Best wishes on a happy and healthy pregnancy.

My grandmother has diabetes but everyone else in our family is fine although the doctor reccomends we watch for things with to much sugar because genetically we have a higher risk of type 2 diabetes (i think?)

Edit: Oh yeah, and if you're Native American you also have an even higher risk because our people never built up a strong resistance to things loaded with sugar like the whites did.
