Meringue is made by whipping egg whites ; and usually made to top soft top pies ;( such as Butterscotch& Chocolate)Pavlova is a dessert( sounds like a Russian dessert)or course it made with meringue also,but the meringue is baked in a oven first(to dry it out) & it served with a strawbeery sauce.
