Of course inform her so that she may get the vaccine gardasil. If you've been with her for 7 months and have not use protection I am sure she has it already. So please advise her so that she may get vaccine and start taking care of herself. I also have HPV which cause genital warts. good luck!

Yes, You really need to tell her. Unfortunately in females HPV (human papiloma virus i.e genital warts) do not always show on the outside of the vagina but grow on the inside On the cervix. It is also very well known to cause cervical cancer in women. It is a virus so there is no cure BUT they can do things like Colposcopy which is looking at the cervix and taking a biopsy to ensure that it is not cancerous and then cryotherapy which is freezing the spots where the warts off. From there they have to be checked every 3 to 4 months for a whole year before they will diagnose her as being OK to go back to an annual exam. If you don't tell her then it will show up in her next pap smear and then she will be very upset if she ever finds out you knew and didn't tell her.

You need to tell her, they are contagious, and if she would happen to see something she would most likely get concerned, you need to sit down an be open,
i have hpv and my boyfriend and i of 9 months had a talk, were fine, we know were not doing anything with any other people, and he knows all about everything with me and what hpv is,
if she gets upset then she needs to look up about hpv because it is a super common thing! 20 million people have it in the US
so its nothing to be like oh my god! and get all worked up, i hope you guys can talk and still be ok

YES! Didn't the urologist advise you to contact your past partners? If you don't tell her, you are putting her at risk for cancer down the road. Do the responsible thing.
