You could try Camembert, which is also delicious when baked in the oven

140g/5oz camembert
1 garlic clove, sliced
2 fresh thyme sprigs
1 tsp paprika

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
2. Place the cheese in an oven-proof dish (or wrap in foil)
3. Stud the cheese with the garlic slices and thyme sprigs.
4. Sprinkle the cheese with paprika.
5. Place in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes.
6. Remove the Camembert from the oven and serve it with crusty bread.

Go to Whole Foods website and look under their cheese selector. They provide you with the info you need regarding cheeses you like.

I also like Brie. Try warming brie and add dried cherries and chocolate shavings and hazelnuts, yummy!

Camembert is the next closest to brie. But Boursin is a good herb cheese that's spreadable.
