Am in school and my next door neighbours in hostel are this group of guys who are always at it- smoking ganja. I have been feeling kind of sick lately...some nagging headaches and nausea, and the hospital says there's nothing up. I am just wondering if the presence of the smoke which by the way is normally so strong in my own room could be the one affecting me. I will also appreciate knowing if I have cause to worry so that I can change my residence. I have lived this way for two months.

Definitely this smoke is getting to your body. That's why you have the nausea and headaches. If you can possibly move I would advise you to do it. You are also getting secondhand smoke which is very bad for your lungs. Life is too short to live in misery. change your residence and your life will improve.

I think that you should go over and confront them. If they wont share then, yes it is definately time to move out. I dont smoke but before I joined the army my roomate of three years smoked all the time and im healthy as a horse. Also cake will get rid of your headache and milk, and tylenol.

I wouldn't worry about 'harmful affects' too much, but I would ask to have my room changed--you may simply be allergic to smoke--any kind of smoke.
