Yes you can. Any STD can be spread with close contact involving body fluids. So depending on how you define sex, yes you can get any STD without having sexual intercourse or even oral sex. Skin to skin or genital-to-genital contact or your hands/mouth touching an infected area/lesion and then touching your own genitals, etc. can lead to the spread of STDs. Be safe, use condoms, gloves, dental dams.
