anytime you have unprotected sex, no matter how long it lasted, there's always gonna be a chance you could get HIV/AIDS or an STD. Especially if your partner is postive for it....but you won't know about HIV until like 5 years later, they test you and tell you to come back once a year for like 7 years

It is very low even if the person was HIV positive. The best thing to do to get the right information about this is to go to Webmd.com and read their message boards on HIV and see what the professionals say. You can also ask questions but you should get tested just to ease your nerves. But to just help you a little, your chances are very very low. Somewhere like one and 1000 with a partner who's HIV status is not known.

Considering that in all of America in 2005 a mere 476 teenagers 14 to 19 even test positive out of around 80 million and probably 500 MILLION sex acts I would say very, very low.
There is even great doubt now that HIV is sexually transmitted.
Forget about this highly exaggerated syndrome and enjoy life.

If your partner was negative then you have no chance however, if you don't know if they are or not then well you have a good chance. It doesn't matter how long it last only if there is bodily fluids are mixed then well you know. Get tested and get some education on stds so you don't end up with them and you know what is going on.

If your partner was HIV negative -- 0%.
If your partner was positive -- you have a 50/50 chance.
Get tested and educated. Unless you're wanting to get infected.

If the person you had sex with was HIV positive, then of course you could have it, too. Don't you think you should go get tested?
