okay, I have decided to become a vegetarian, and I was thinking, how will i get enough protein, without eating meat?
The reason i decide to become a vegetarian is because i dont like how animails are treated when it comes to killing them, we should not be that sad that we have to kill a living, breathing animail for ourselves, we should eat vegies and other things, plus it is a great way to lose weight too!

There are two kinds of animals in this world. Preditor and prey. Prey have their eyes facing to the side (horses and cows) so they can see whats chasing them. Preditors have their eyes facing forward (dogs, cats) so they can see what they are chasing. Which way do your eyes face?

Beans, cheese, eggs all are high in protein.

Nuts are a good source of protein. As are eggs (if you're still eating eggs). There are loadsss of meat substitutes out there that taste [kind of] like meat and have most of the nutrients, they also tend to be lower in calories. Cheese is a good source of protein assuming you're just veggie and not vegan.
Hope I helped

Since making the transition from eating meat to not eating meat can be hard, try Boca, Morningstar, etc meatless alternatives. They're in the frozen section. They taste better than meat in my opinion. My favorites are the Boca vegan burgers and the Boca vegan chick'n patties. They have a good amount of protein.

Also, even though I don't like nuts, they have protein as well, and beans. Good luck!

Nuts, eggs, tofu, cheese, there are so many foods apart from meat that have a lot of protein, you could also eat protein bars and drink protein shakes.

peanut butter is a good meat substitute. there's lots of protien in beans. garbanzo beans (aka chick peas) are pretty good right out of the can-rinse them first. eggs are high in protien as is tofu.
