My son has a primary complex at the same time has VSD.what should I focus on first?

he`s a 4 years old boy who looks healthy,plays alot, moves around every where and sweats alot but he only sweats on his head.

If you are taking of primary complex of lung, also known as Gohn's lesion, than you will have to pay extra attention as he can develop cor pulmonale, which will aggravate his cardiac condition. So pay regular visit/s to his doctor, and follow his advise.
As far as his sweating is concerned it's normal for boys to sweat from skull (head).
