You are probably just tired. Get lots of sleep, hot bath, stretches and yoga... meditation. It will come back. It's part of your life-force. Your energy level is too low. Rest and recoup. A much better day is soon to be. Love yourself, too.

Libido & Natural Progesterone
The Female Body manufactures many types of Estrogen but only one Progesterone and Natural Progesterone is the Source of Libido or Sex Drive in Women!
Sources of Natural Progesterone
Natural Progesterone is normally produced by the female ovaries right after ovulation and balances the side effects of otherwise unopposed estrogen.
Under the influences of dietary estrogens, petrochemicals, stress, and menopause, Progesterone production ceases or is suppressed and the effects of Estrogen Dominance, can be observed.
Most women experience Loss of Libido, mood swings, irritability, anger, depression, headaches and weight gain from the lack of Progesterone that is required for proper thyroid function.

Men can have arterial blockages in the area of the genitals, preventing the proper flow of blood to help with an erection.
Loss of libido from depression over heart disease, or just being tired from the heart not having enough oxygen from reduced blood flow will affect interest.

Start lifting weights, doing sprints and NOT following the NONSENSE low fat diet
Have a diet rich in saturates
Lift weights
100 meter sprints
This will increase testosterone amnd growth hormone and your libido should come back if you are not diseased.
