is it ok to take medicine like, centrum A to Z, Vit. B1,B6 B12, ascorbic, and nidolid one at a time?

Why are taking so many Vitamins in therapeutic dose. I think Centrum, is enough for you.
Side effects: Vitamin toxicity.
