I have two sets of china, service for 24. They are in mint condition. On the bottom it says only Aladdin - Made in Occupied Japan. No pattern is listed, but they are autumn leaves on a white background. Any info?

Yes, occupied Japan pieces are more valuable, because they were made during the war. Check something comparable on ebay to get an idea of their value.

"Made in Occupied Japan" sets it at a certain period in time.
The point is both age ( older is better in terms of value) and quality - (higher quality is more valuable.)
So, simply because it says Made in Occupied Japan does not necessarily mean it is more valuable than your other set - but it is probably older.

I tend to disagree with the other answers. Items with the logo "occupied japan" are becoming rarer and rarer these days. There are people who collect things that were made in occupied japan just for that reason. They are worth something! However your going to have to do a bit of research to find those people who are interested.
