Watermelon is sometimes in canned fruit cocktail.

I've seen pickled, canned, lettuce at the Asian Market.

I think Greenghost's answer of "No such thing." for a similar question is best:

He pointed out that almost everything has found its way into a MRE, or other space food.

Lettuce cannot be frozen because it turns to slime when you freeze it. Also can't can it. Guess you can cook it though, saw it was the theme ingredient in Iron Chef. They kinda treated it like a fragile form of cabbage.

Most things can be frozen but I think if it has a high water rate it doesn't freeze as well.

Btw, onions are sold frozen.

Zucchini blossoms. They only last a few hours after picking them, and you are lucky to even find them at a Farmer's Market. They are great battered and fried though, a true Southern delicacy.

The only fruit that is available only in its fresh form is the cherimoya. Neither the pulp nor the "meat" store well outside of the fruit.

Lettuce. They sell frozen onions, diced. Pricy, but worth it.

Hmmm... I was thinking watermelon, but you can have watermelon sorbet and watermelon ice cream which is processed.

Lettuce can be cooked and some cultures cook lettuce.

I'd have to think about this one.

Could be Durian, but who in their right mind would eat Durian... lol

Get organic food, and, or kosher meat only. Make sure it does not have "natural flavors", palm oil(very deadly), all dairy unless it is RIGHT from the cow(even org. milk), and hydrogenated lipids. Other than that, you can eat as much as you like and be very healthy. I lost forty pounds and doubled my intake, and never get sick. NO LIE!

Hope this helped a bit( I think I got what you were asking).
