Yes, take a mallott and keep hitting yourself on the wee-wee until it stops hurting or you pass out, which ever happens first.

There are 2 issues here.
Issue 1:
Aids. There is currently no cure for this disease but treatment to cease the symptoms and keep your immune balance are available. If you are diagnose with AIDS, then I believe you are already on regular follow up. Thus, u won't be posting question on you having pain when you pee. So don't worry until you are really tested positive for it.
Issue 2:
Peeing and it hurts mean you have an infection in your urinary tract. So you have to see a doctor for that. Why you have to see a doctor? Well, if the condition goes untreated you can develop kidney problem. Then, it can be worst then aids. Kidney dialysis is an expensive treatment and its every alternate days for life till you get a transplant or till stem cells treatment is more advance to treat kidney patient.
Thus, the message is don't be fearful of any sickness, seek treatment and you will most probably be a happy person again. I bet you will be fine after seeing a doctor and taking medicine.

Hi there,
If it hurts when you pee you DO NOT have HIV or AIDS. Period. Burning sensation while urinating is a very common symptom of pretty much any std except HIV. HIV has no "symptoms" per se; during the initial phase some people may experience flu like symptoms and again, burning sensation is not one of them. If you have not seen your doctor you should.
Regarding AIDS, if you are asking if there is a cure at this day in time, you really need to educate yourself on ALL the stds out there, how they are transmitted and how you can protect yourself. These diseases are going to be with us for quite some time still. Knowing how to prevent the spread and how to protect yourself can help alleviate future needless worrying.
Cheers.

1: You may have gotten HIV, but AIDs is only a later stage.
2. Your symptoms are of gonorrhea or chlamydia. HIV is asymptomatic at the beggining, although a lot of people get both together. so if you haven't been tested for HIV, have it done soon.
3. How do you know your girlfriend gave it to you? Even if you already tested positive, and you know she was positive before, you may have given it to her in the past and not know it until now.
4. there's no cure for HIV as there is no cure for most diseases, but there's effective treatment that can restore your immuntity and keep the virus dormant (just like high blood pressure or diabetes)
Good luck in your visit to the health department!!! (already past due!)

As of yet there is no cure for AIDS, but there are medications available. Have you actually been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS? Just because it hurt when you urinate doesn't necessarily mean you have AIDS, you most likely have some other STD. Painful urination is not a symptom of AIDS, but it is common in herpes, gonorrhea, and chlamydia. Go see your doctor, and next time use protection.

Sounds like you have an STD but no necessarily AIDS. Have you been tested? If not, get to a Doctor ASAP. No cure for Aids/HIV but there is treatment. Find out for sure before you freak out, most STD's have a cure. And do yourself a favor, no sex until you find out for sure. And if it turns out that you are ok and you plan on having a secual relationship with anyone, use a condom man!

I think you're just making this up for attention. It isn't POSSIBLE for you to know you have HIV without somebody in the health field already having spoken to you about it. Some folks are just jackasses.
No, no cure, but since HIV doesn't make it hurt to pee, you should get to the health clinic and get checked out. You probably have gonorrhea or some such thing.

No there is no cure for AIDS and unfortunatly its fatal. May I sugest you spend the rest of your days talking to young people so that they know the importance of condoms and other contraseptives. Maybe if they see someone who is going to die from it face to face it will help them learn not to make the same mistakes you did. Im sorry.
